Most of what you've heard about warts is probably not true. They are quite safe. Even the tidiest person can have one, two or three warts. Better to learn about simple home remedies to help you fight warts.
Warts are benign tumors on the skin that usually appear on the hands, elbows and knees. They appear when the human papilloma virus (HPV) enters the top layer of the skin - the epidermis, usually through cuts or scrapes. Children are generally more likely to develop warts than adults (a young and not yet strong immune system can cause this), but they can appear at any age and, most irritatingly, are quite difficult to get rid of. But, as you know, nothing is impossible, especially with these home remedies, with which we invite you to become familiar.
1. Yeast powder
Mix the baking powder with castor oil until it forms a smooth paste, then apply the mixture on the wart and leave it overnight. Better bandage the wart with a bandage. Remove the bandage the next morning and repeat the procedure if necessary.
2. Baking soda
You can also try to moisten the wart with baking soda. Dissolve the baking soda in the water and rinse the wart from your hands or feet. Wait for the baking soda to dry naturally and repeat until the wart is gone.
3. Diet
Your diet can influence and trigger the appearance of warts. Eat foods that boost your immune system, such as garlic, sweet potatoes, whole grain breads, sunflower seeds and rice.
4. Garlic
Garlic contains two main elements that are responsible for the health of your body: allicin and diallyl disulfide.
Apply chopped garlic or onion to the wart or simply eat fresh garlic. If you don't want to smell Italian food, try swallowing 3 cloves of garlic three times a day or chewing parsley to freshen your breath after garlic.
5. Hot water
Research has shown that dipping a wart in very hot water is beneficial because hot water smooths out warts and can kill the virus. Just make sure the water is not too hot to avoid burns.
6. Vitamin C
Crush a vitamin C tablet and add a little water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste to the wart and make a dressing. Vitamin C can tingle slightly, which will help the wart to disappear more quickly.
7. Vitamin E
Open a vitamin E tablet or capsule, apply a little oil to the wart and tie it with an adhesive bandage. Repeat this procedure three times a day. Make sure to remove the bandage at night so that the affected area can breathe and start the next day with vitamin E oil.
8. Castor oil
The acids found in castor oil are used effectively to remove warts. Castor oil works well for small, flat warts on the inside of the arm. Apply castor oil to the wart with a cotton swab, twice a day.
9. Carrots
Grate the carrots finely and add enough olive oil to make a paste. Apply the paste to the wart twice a day for two to three weeks, holding for about 30 minutes.
10. Lemon juice
Treat the wart with fresh lemon juice, place the finely chopped onion over the wart and keep for 30 minutes once a day. Treatment should be continued for two to three months for best results.
11. Aloe Vera
Aloe vera can also be a great solution for warts. Apply the pulp of the leaves to the affected area with a cotton swab and bandage with a dressing. Repeat this procedure every day until the wart is gone.
